BORDER / LINE
Border/ Line (2018) is based on the true story of a Northern Irish woman who made the journey to England for an abortion. The film deals with sensitive subject matter and severely outdated public policy. Although officially decriminalised in Northern Ireland in 2019, abortion continues to be heavily stigmatised. To this day women are still forced to travel to terminate pregnancy.
